Please note the following important information regarding bookings:
- Our transportation service in Melbourne requires pre-booking. Once you make a reservation, we will offer you the next available fleet at your location. Please be aware that a “fair-fare” merchant service fee will apply to all credit/debit card and EFTPOS transactions.
- Our service operates 24/7 in Melbourne, and we have dedicated customer support available. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us online or via email.
- Please note that there are additional surcharges for Premium Cabs (+$11), Stain Wagon (SUV) & Van (+$14) services. If you require a baby seat, the cost is $50 per item, per trip, while booster seats are available upon request.
- Once you make a reservation, you will receive an email with all the necessary information for verification purposes. We will also confirm your reservation again via phone. However, if we do not hear back from you using the phone number or email address provided during the booking, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
- Please note that the selected fleet will arrive at your destination 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time.
